The check-in process was frustrating and confusing!!! Lack of storage options in the room made it hard to unpack!!! No tea/coffee facilities available in-room left me disappointed!!! Noise from street activities disrupted my stay!!!

Had an awesome time with friends. The location is perfect—super close to the S-bahn and the Reeperbahn. We enjoyed the unique Hamburg City Cruise and even took the ferry to Finkenwerder. The staff was friendly and patient, making our stay even better.

One downside was the self check-in process, which was a bit slow. It would have been helpful if they had more assistance available to streamline it.

During my stay, I was disappointed to find that my room would only be cleaned after the third night, which I felt was inadequate. When the room was cleaned, I noticed some hair and dirt still present in the bathroom, raising concerns about the cleaning standards. Additionally, the check-in process was chaotic, as many guests had to use self-service kiosks while others lined up at the desk, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.

This place was just an excellent fit for a short-term stay in Hamburg with great value-to-price ratio. I appreciated how close it was to the S-bahn, making it easy to get around the city. Make sure to check for nearby dining options before relying on hotel breakfast.

I had a great time here with a super comfy room and the location made it so easy to explore the Reeperbahn and enjoy the beautiful views at St Pauli Kirche, just a short walk away. it was the perfect place to kick back after a day of city strolls and discovering hidden gems throughout the area.

I stayed for 1 night in a Design Room. The AC worked great, which was a relief during the summer. The bed was comfortable, and the TV had HDMI input and Apple Airplay. I appreciated the complimentary coffee in the morning. Good access to nearby amenities! ☕️

The location right next to the S-bahn was a real highlight. It made traveling around the city super easy. The room itself had a modern design, which I really enjoyed. Everything felt clean and well-kept. The beds were comfortable. However, I was disappointed by the lack of a phone in the room to contact reception. Having to go down to the first floor every time was a hassle, especially during busy check-in times. This was particularly inconvenient when I asked for an extra pillow. it never arrived, which was a letdown. The bar area felt quite soulless, just very bright without any cozy ambiance. I noticed some noise from the street if I opened a window, but the sound insulation was decent overall. Breakfast offered a good variety, though it had a cold buffet vibe. While I appreciated the complementary drinks they provided, I wished there were more dining options inside the hotel. If you're looking for a place to crash after exploring, this hotel does the job well.
